  • Support customers through parts of their retrofit journeys, liaising with necessary stakeholders and introducing them to retrofit coordinators, retrofit installers, trades, grant funded installation schemes and other stakeholders as required.
  • Act as a point of contact for end users of our retrofit advice service, helping users to access the service, logging enquiries and providing appointments.
  • Working with your line manager to assess the suitability of enquiring service users.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of energy-efficient technologies, building codes, and regulations related to retrofitting. We will support you to meet the CPD requirements of your accreditor.

  • Any other duties to support the wider organisation as may be reasonably requested from time to time.

You are a qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor. In addition, you will either possess a Retrofit Assessor qualification recognised under PAS2035, or you are willing to start funded training from day one of the role.

  • You enjoy maintaining your knowledge and understanding of developments in technology and retrofit approaches.
  • You enjoy contributing to developing new solutions and approaches to retrofit challenges.
  • You thrive on working with other people and communities, wanting to have direct and immediate impact ‘inside the room’.
  • You are mission oriented and very motivated to create lasting impact, helping to secure a transition to more sustainable lifestyles and communities.
  • You have excellent customer service skills and are able to deliver positive interactions with all stakeholders.
  • You are self-starting, can work remotely as part of a distributed tea, and that you have effective communication skills: verbal and written.
