Graeme Ludlow is Managing Director of Energy Matrix, providing consultancy for energy storage and renewable energy projects. He works with project developers, manufacturers and investors, specializing in market strategy, techno-economic modelling and unlocking finance with novel structures. Graeme has spoken for the Renewable Energy Association, Electricity Storage Network and Department for Energy and Climate Change, presented at numerous trade shows and conferences, and participated in World Bank, IETA and CIMA working groups. He helped develop a Recommended Practice for grid-connected storage as a member of the GRIDSTOR Steering Committee.

Graeme is currently focussed on de-risking energy storage projects and making new technologies more bankable. He previously served as Commercial Director of redT plc, a flow battery manufacturer listed on the LSE, where he launched the company’s first product range, and Portfolio Director of Camco Clean Energy, where he headed up the emission reduction business. Graeme is a qualified FCA and holds an MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.
