Meet the Board
Richard O’Rourke, Managing Director
Richard O'Rourke started his career in the energy industry two decades ago at the engineers bench in power electronics and fuel cells. He holds qualifications in renewable energy engineering, environmental policy, and an energy MBA from Warwick Business School with distinction where he focused on structured finance of distributed generation and energy efficiency. He currently manages a Leapfrog Finance social impact fund investing in community-owned low-carbon infrastructure.
